Ryburn/Baitings

Short walk Sunday (25th) from Kebroyd to Ripponden produced:

Nuthatch
Grey Heron being mobbed by pair of Rooks
Grey Wagtail
Sparrowhawk
Chiffchaff
Blue/Great & Coal Tit
Chaffinch
Treecreeper


Wednesday (28th) evening and still plenty of Fieldfare on the fields next to Baitings, appx 40 , they were a bit flighty.

Glad to hear there are still some Fieldfare about Howard as they have eluded me recently. They will be away soon though, of course.
