Digital Photography Starter kit

Anyone looking to set themselves on the road to digital SLR photography then I may have the kit for you. I'm selling a Nikon D80 12mega pixel DSLR with lens (can't remember exact spec on this but i think it's 28-135mm) 3 SD memory cards (1x1gb jessops card & 2x4gb SanDisk Extreme III), 2 Batteries, Battery Charger, USB lead, all boxed and in good working order.
I plan to put it all on ebay in the next week but thought I'd see if anyone wanted it in the group first. Prepared to sell for £300, extra memory cards and batt alone are worth £100+
