Woodland birds

We have had a dreadful breeding season for many of our woodland birds (notably wood warbler - not sure that there has been a single sighting?) , but we are not alone

I'm sure you're right about Wood Warbler Matt. I checked several of the usual sites - not one. Redstart (one success),Pied Fly and Spotted Fly all down. Willow Warblers and Chiff-chaffs seem to have been up locally though from my observations!
