Soil Hill and Mixenden Res'r

Late morning there were at least 9 Snow Buntings present but they did keep splitting up as a group and later seen in ones and two's mostly in the mounds. They were still about mid afternoon (TM and SL)
Also there in the morning were 5 Golden Plover, 11 Lapwings and 4 Skylarks.
2 Herring Gulls headed south west towards Mixenden.

3 Goldeneye were on Mixenden Res'r

Ive told you about not mentioning Herring gulls to Nigel, they,re his bogey bird.
Good do on the Snow Bunts.
Are the finches increasing at the Delvers yet ?

Oops sorry about the Herring Gulls!!! 2 over the house this dinner time as well. You seem to have been getting the LBBG's over your watchpoint in winter which is really good. Must get up Swales again to see if I can catch some 'big uns' going over. Andy has had some decent moves over Northowram as well.

Nothing doing at 'The Delvers' this afternoon although I think they head off towards Castle Carr roost mid afternoon. I was probably a bit late today.
