Various sites

Great Norther Diver still showing well at Ringstone today.

Massive thrush movement through the Pennines today with various Vis Mig sites reporting record numbers. Nearly 30,000 Redwings through Caldene Fields, Bradford this morning with good numbers at Oxenhope the last two days. The watchpoint at Hunter Hill produced a poor return between 7.30 and 10.30 as it was in thick mist. I did check Swales Moor later in the morning and 300+ Fieldfares and 200+ Redwings passed over the Ski slope in half hour heading west so it could have been a good count if I'd had time to stay.

Elsewhere today 5 Whooper Swans went south, mid morning over Widdop Reservoir.
