Jumble Hole 8:30am

A quick walk up the Pennine Way at Underbank found bushes full of finches where they are normal full of warblers in Summer. Autumn has truly arrived.

- 2 very smart siskin feeding in a hawthorn (other unseen birds were passing over)
- 25+ goldfinch (many of which were juvs)
- 20+ greenfinch (ditto)
- 3 bullfinch
- 9 chaffinch
- 1 chiffchaff
- 2 nutchatch
- 3 song thrush
