Discharge of Fire Arms

In answer to a question on a previous posting.

It is illegal to discharge a fire arm within fifty feet of the centre of a highway. Legislation - section 161(2)(b) of the Highway Act 1980.

The question I asked included paths & bridleways, I presume they are included in the definition of a Highway.
