Black Redstart

Black Redstart still at the top of Taylor Lane

but at a distance for photography but great for

binoculars, lovely bird but fast and elusive and

not easy to photograph not helped by the blowing

wind, seems to be a young un, nice to bump into

DjS, AT and GR up there.

Top pics DaveB! You looked dissapointed when we met you coming away from the Wryneck - we didn't see it either. Tempted by the one at Cant Clough but its a bit of a trail, though I did get views of a very confiding adult Glaucous Gull there once.

Cracking photos Dave. Makes me miss the Hill just that little bit more.

I was disappointed Steve coz I couldn't get a pic of the wryneck but I did manage to get to see it but only briefly for a about 10 seconds out of 3 hours watching lol oh the joys. Thanks to all for the nice comments.
