Swales Moor etc

Nothing doing along the hilltop on Ringby Lane this morning. A beautiful bright, sunny and frosty day with fantastic 360degrees views.
Still lots of corvids, mainly Carrion Crows and a few Magpies and Jackdaws along with c20 Common Gulls and 3 Stock Doves.

Earlier 2 Raven >E over Lee Mount was a treat to see, and hear. They were probably the same birds as BS saw over Ogden earlier.
I also checked Wade Street in Halifax but there was no sign of yesterday's Waxwings with the favoured rowan tree taken over by 2 Mistle Thrush.

The Ravens came over from your direction and off east 5 minutes after your text about them Dave. Thought we,d have had some Pinks on the move today before tomorrows expected snow.

SB's will be there somewhere I guess. We have so many tops in Caderdale over 1,000 ft. It's just finding the right hill-top !!
No sign of any 'pinks' - maybe some Whoopers soon (??)
