A great idea idea there Dave.
Thanks go to the recorders as well over the years. Quite a task gathering and then collating all the records over such a long period. Well done to the birding pioneers from Halifax Scientific Society who put together a booklet in the first instance and subsequently built upon by several others linked with HSS including David Crawshaw to our present day recorder, Nick Dawtrey.
4 new species for Calderdale this year is also a fantastic and unexpected achievement - great birding - well done. Let's hope for new species to add to the list in 2018.
