Green Withens and cloughs
yesterday, in search of .... anything. Saw nothing. Singularly birdless (more dead sheep than birds!). Great views of two occupied Heron nests at Rishworth - directly opposite the 'Rishworth School' sign. Two more nests further along without birds present. No Little Owls at Norland, although great views same time, same place last week. They seem to have been much more hit and miss in the last twelve months.

P.S. lots of evidence of environmental degradation thorugh off-road activity. Shame
Don't forget to report any off road activity you see taking place to the police and ask for an incident number and that the report is brought to the attention of PC Roman Soltan
