Eastwood Sewage Works

A quick look this evening (6pm). From one vantage point:

- a massive  and minimum 16 grey wagtails (11 juv's)
- 66 pied wagtails...
- ...dropping to 65 when a male sparrowhawk shot through and grabbed a young one right in front of me, then say on a post and half ate it
- 50+ house martins

There would almost certainly have been more grey wagtails on the site, as the 16 were seen all in one area.
