Mytholmroyd to Sowerby Bridge

Not much doing really and in truth wouldn't have posted anything about this walk except for seeing a recently fledged Bullfinch being fed by an adult male approx 200yds before reaching high royd. There was also a nuthatch which was feeding on the towpath elsewhere on route a couple of chiffchaff called but that really was it. High royd it's self is completely over grown with willow and balsam a real loss of what was great habitat.

Sadly looked like it was always on the cards once YW changed the way they treated the sewage, no water into settling beds any more.
