Fly Flats

10 Twite at Fly Flats today. At least 5 had colour ring combinations on right tarsus. Including

R/W/Y

28 Swallows
41 Meadow Pipits (and still feeding young)
2 Curlew
58 Canada Geese
1 Common Buzzard at a distance

Nice one Dave went up this morning 12 birds caught. 7 new birds 4 of which were this years young unringed . 3 New aldult birds and 5 ringed birds which i think are the ones Nick has been doing in the nest with the Bto metal on the Left leg and lots of individual combination on the right, like in your photos.

I have been in contact with Nick W, he had 15 birds there last friday including "some of his ringed young". I assume all sightings are passed on between you two?
