Interesting with the Water Vole Pete. Was it on the lower dam ?
We only have one (possible) record of Water Vole in the last few years - that was from the Todmorden area. One at Cold Edge is very encouraging so hopefully more sightings to come.
Oops.. found another record Pete - this one, a possible from Hebden Bridge area(NG) - both records are from last year.
