Most unusual to find a Grasshopper Warbler out in the open and to get such a great photo is amazing. They are usually well hidden, heard rather than seen, often located in summer by a  'reeling' song from reeds or long grasses, or typically in rushes such as juncas in our area. I think this is an adult bird but I'll stand corrected.
