A small survey done by one member only in 2004 found 1083 nest.The main areas seem to be Triangle to Rishworth and Sowerby Bridge to Hebden.If any body lives near one of the above sites it will be well worth chequing in the next 2 months.

Hi Andy
It is clear then that there was a survey in 64.
I carried out one, with help from others in I think 74 or 75, with if I remember a slightly higher count than 64.
We need to search out the book in the archives next meeting 10th Feb.
