Crimsworth Dean

At least 5 spotted flycatcher this morning. I checked nest boxes 1-12, and blue tits are using 3, possibly up to 5 of them. Still no sign of pied fly as yet.

Go into main (bottom) car parks at Hardcastle Crags and park in the upper of the two, the track that leads out of the top car park goes up Crimsworth Dean. Another way of describing it is that it is the valley on your left as you drive along Keighley road between Hebden Bridge and Oxenhope.
