Goshawk mytholmroyd
Step out this morning at 07:10 and noticed a large bird flying south
Despite only watched for a minute I noted the following
Large buzzard/Raven size
Very broad wings with bulging secondaries
Long tail
The appearance of the bird was like a bateluer !
Seen a number of goshawks in Calderdale over the years

Yes Darrell - I think I recall some shots you took of one passing Green Withens a few years ago.
